Cancellation policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Please note that we maintain a strict 24-hour reschedule/cancellation policy for all appointments. If for any reason you need to modify or cancel your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a full charge for the appointment, which will be processed using the payment information we have on file for you. Refunds will not be given.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we are unable to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. Our business depends on the timely and reliable attendance of our clients, and as such, we must uphold our cancellation policy in order to operate effectively and provide the best possible service. Please arrive on time for your appointment, clients more then 5 minutes late will not be guaranteed services and will be charged the full cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding.
